1. Take your meds as usual by twisting off the 1-Clic® style prescription vial cap using the thumb tab then replace the cap assembly.
2. Hold the sides of the Meticap and twist the top rim clock-wise to advance the day of the week.
3. Hold the sides of the Meticap and turn the actual vial to the right to advance the time of day.

To change from "Last Dose Taken" to instead be "Next Dose", simply pop up the red ring with your fingernail and flip the ring upside down, then snap it back into place.

NOTE: Meticap is only designed to work on the 1-Clic® standard sized cap & vial found at pharmacies such as Walgreens and other retailers and online prescription companies. Meticap does not work on push-and-turn style of presription vials.
